Poor, dirty, and cold flat
We arrived at the property, and it was cold with no heating on despite it being cold outside.. There was a clear smell of damp in the flat as if it hadn't been aired for some time. On closer inspection, the property was not cleaned well. The kitchen was dirty, and my feet were sticking to the floor. The hob had burnt on foodstuff, and the oven had old food stuff in the area of the door. The property requires a deep clean and painted throughout. All walls had black marks. The pictures on the site give the impression that the bedrooms are bigger than they are. The bedrooms are small and cramped. I did a video call with the owner and showed the condition of the property. Heating - it looked new radiators, but two would not heat up in the lounge and bedroom. Interesting there was a small.portable heater sitting in the lounge indicating this is not a new issue. Sadly, this property was a big let down and was not the best first experience of Aberdeen. With the owners knowledge, we opted to leave and booked into a hotel. Not what you need on a Friday evening at the start of a break.

5 day break
Stayed in property for a 5 day break, with wife and 2 young children, well presented and thoroughly looked after property, beside all local amenities which is handy. Every mod con available which makes it a home away home, highly recommend this to anyone looking for a base whilst staying in Aberdeen also ample parking which is hard to come by in Aberdeen. Will definitely be staying again 10/10.
