I can’t fault this property. Perfect for our needs and felt very homely and relaxed whilst there. Great bus links to the city centre and the sports village or a short 15 min walk. Duthie park is also just a 10 min walk which the kids loved. Shops near by for all your essentials. Good value for money and a very comfortable stay. Hosts were also very accommodating, was able to amend dates of stay no problem.

Good location for our reunion weekend, on a bus route but also walkable to Union St. clean except for mouldy shower

Listed issues: THIS is the MAIN ISSUE….. Twin room was bunk bed, not what photos show Bunk bed top was extremely tricky for a 60 something to access on narrow metal rungs Top bunk bed rail was broken and dangerous if I were a child Top bunk bed shook whenever you moved We didn’t seek help not expect perfection but the photos are totally misleading, which group of pensioners would chose bunkbeds!!!!!!! WiFi did not connect ever. As it was we didn’t seek help as we were mainly out. Freezer door cover absent. Not a problem but you asked Shower had some mould. Perhaps for the price this is to be expected? No shower gel in shower despite a slot in the dispenser and the conditioner was blocked No extraction fan in bathroom Broken wardrobe door in main bedroom Last minute hassle of paying deposit for breakages before getting key box code. Better to get Booking.com to do this much earlier, as while travelling the system would not connect As there was broken issues on our arrival and we paid £150 deposit we then felt obliged to photo them to cover ourselves
