Property made me pay an upfront deposit for their dirty house, then a week after the stay still ignoring me and refusing

I can’t fault this property. Perfect for our needs and felt very homely and relaxed whilst there. Great bus links to the city centre and the sports village or a short 15 min walk. Duthie park is also just a 10 min walk which the kids loved. Shops near by for all your essentials. Good value for money and a very comfortable stay. Hosts were also very accommodating, was able to amend dates of stay no problem.

Ok but wouldn't stay again

Advertised as 2 single beds and 1 double bed but instead of 2 single beds it was bunk beds which was impractical for 3 adults. Pictures show 2 x 2 seater sofas but instead had a huge corner sofa which was desperately uncomfortable and ripped in quite a few places. The sofa is positioned in front of the fold out dining table and weighed a ton so could not move to access table (no chairs/stools anyway to sit on) Roller blind from sitting room had fallen down and was just dumped behind sofa. Cutlery and pizza cutter were filthy, had to wash them before us. Didn't use toaster as it was all rusty and looked unclean. Parking only allowed outside flat from 6pm-8am and between these times struggled to get parked in side streets.

Lovely clean flat, has good wifi, good central location, hosts were lovely and helped us out.

Location, it was also perfect for our family. We had a double bed in one room and the other room had a bunk bed with a double on the bottom.

Very noisy apartment, can hear people running up and down the stairs and people slamming the front door. But I suppose that’s to be expected in a nlock of flats.

There were tea coffee to the making and milk which was a nice jester.

Location. Bed's are bunk Bed's, no use for small children or for myself and I myself had to try sleeping on 1 of them. Stairs and landing not clean, overall wouldn't like to stay again 🙃

A good place for a few nights stay.

We stayed with 3 kids for 2 nights and it was nice. The place is good, the bath is ok and the kitchen and living room are good as well. Lots of free parking and also good WiFi. The owners left us many nice things like serials, milk, orange juice and few courasons and that was a great touch.

perfect location for short stay in Aberdeen, hosts helpful and very comfortable.

Easy to find, very comfortable. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. perfect for my family stay, close to town (25 min walk to Union Sq) close to express Tesco and Sainsburys. Good bus route connections to P&J Live / Airport. Hosts provided Welcome breakfast basket with Juice / milk, Jam and butter in fridge. Incredibly helpful and appreciated after a long flight.

Nothing really. Personally could have done with a dustpan and brush in addition. Do note you’ll need to pre auth a card for refundable damage deposit. Could do with a lick of paint but good value for money as is and overshadowed by the comfort, great shower!

Comfortable with all you need for a short break, good location not being far from city centre.

Ticked all the boxes in what we wanted.

The bedroom with two single beds; 3 times I had to reattach the roller blind after it falling down trying to operate it. The fixings needs tightened up or renewed. That goes for all roller blinds at the property. Some areas in living room/kitchen wasn’t clean. There is a blue XXL t-shirt at the back of the sofa, been there a while by the looks of it.

Pleasant

Rooms were a good size, but the road was noisy on Saturday night. Parking was fine at the weekend but would be difficult during the week.

Breakfast was disappointing as we expected much more. We had chosen the property as it had a washing machine but it was broken, and a text to the host got no reply.
