It was very quiet outside, the house was clean,cool temperature inside, very comfy,and I love seeing the deers roaming around outside. Beds were comfy. The home smelled fresh and clean.ourselves. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quietness.

The hot water when showering lasted a few mins. The kitchen could use an upgraded coffee pot I waited almost 15min for the coffee to drip out of the pot. And too many wasp nest all around the outside of the house with wasp flying around everywhere making it hard to enjoy the rockers outside and the jacuzzi. Being charged so much for cleaning even though we cleaned the place up outselves.

this was our first time to Fredericksburg and we loved all the sites and the comfortable home !

we loved how secluded it was but still so close to town. it was beautiful and very comfortable .

the only complaint we had was the hot water , there were 4 of us and the water only stayed warm about 5-7 minutes so showers were hard to take

It's a very nice home and convenient to Fredericksburg for shopping, wine tasting, and food.

The house was nice and had all of the amenities needed for an extended stay. Having two living areas is nice for couples with kids and watching the sunsets from the porch was great.

There are issues with the water. The hot water will spit and sputter when first turned on and a lot of dirt/sand comes out making for some very nasty water. Makes you wanting to skip a shower but you've got to suck it up and go for it. Also, the water didn't get very hot but warm enough for a shower. The coffee make needs to be replaced, it took all morning to make six cups. Though the house sits a couple hundred yards from the highway, trucks and bikes can keep you from getting a goods night sleep.

The home lived up to the ad. It’s was great!

It was a beautiful view, cozy , plenty of room, hot tub ,out side furniture. Really enjoyed our visit. Out complaints are very easy fixes. Lived up to the pictures.

The bed was to firm for us. The coffee pot needs to be cleaned it was very slow. Hot tub had way to much chlorine. Almost the perfect place other wise.

It was close enough to town to be convenient but out enough to have solitude. Very spacious. Loved the floor plan.

We loved the location and the coziness is the house.

The fold out couch mattresses were a little thin and uncomfortable so we blew up the air mattresses and one of them went flat in the middle of the night.

the master bathroom shower didn’t drain very well. you were left standing in water by the end of the shower.
