I was a little cold the first night as heat pump did not seem to generate warmth. Was promptly resolved.
Not having the IT knowledge to set up TV to watch. However assistance was provided.

I put out the tag each day for room cleaning. Room was not serviced. I had to ask for a dry towel at reception. Survey asks about the breakfast. What breakfast? Was it provided? I was not aware that was an option. Only had access to youtube on the smart tv.
