TRYP hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The location is perfect, central and close to safe undercover car parks. Comfy beds and rooms are lovely and clean. I have stayed in a room and the penthouse which is beautiful. We will be back thanks for making our stay so special.

This was our first trip to Wellington, NZ (visiting from the United States). We were very pleased with our 3-night stay at the TRYP. On our first night, we needed an additional item for our room--and were so impressed with how quickly Sal from the Front Desk brought the item to us. Sal is a friendly guy who is outstanding at customer service! We also liked the convenient location of the TRYP to restaurants and all the cool sites to see in Wellington.

Stayed in a queen room which was very comfortable and clean. Website states complimentary breakfast, however when we arrived and asked we were told it had stopped a week ago but we were not told. Good cafe a couple of doors away.
