The staff were fabulous- friendly and helpful. The location is amazing for access to the waterfront and shopping. The booking.com deal
Our room on floor 12 was shabby- dated with a chipped bath, broken bathroom tiles and it wasn’t as clean as expected. There were 2 double beds which may not suit some couples.
