Location was fabulous 👌 apartment was perfect and the company very responsive. Only downside was the noise if you slept in the front single bedroom. Restaurants and pubs along Rose Street and then shops opening early.... however, totally worth it for the location.

Great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do in Edinburgh
Bathroom/toilet look at was very small and the apartment was a little shabby. The entrance and stairs are not the most welcoming

Good location and clean. Excellent comms team.
The property is quite tired and needs serious tlc. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and was dislodged from the ceiling. The mirror cabinet looked like a DIY job gone wrong. Lots of chipped paint and marks on the walls. And the property is VERY small, the photos don’t indicate how small. We barely fit in the bathroom (I couldn’t really close the door when on the toilet) and could hardly open the cupboards or drawers in the bigger bedroom. Very pricey for what it is I’m afraid.
