The address was correct and once we found the apartment, navigating was so easy. The adjoining building is no longer blue. It is pink and also an Indian restaurant.The Rose Street strip is filled with many dining options. Everything is within walking distance. We even took the bus to the Portobello Beach for an enjoyable seaside day.The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. The windows open to either the street or a small alley type street. The night air is cool so sleeping is not going to be an issue. You may hear random people walking by, but, they never linger. The seagulls were determined to pluck my very last nerve. One took pleasure in screaming at me early in the morning. Only my window.We did hear some construction early in the morning, which was not an issue. It was our alarm for breakfast.The host has an office in Old Town if you need anyone. We didn't have any issues. Check in and check out were super easy.The appliances are easy to use. The washer/dryer combo is set to 6. That is the best setting for laundry. We left the door ajar to ensure that the machine was dry before closing it.Old Town is a short walk away. The Waverly train station is also a short 10 minute walk away.We had no issues with anything and enjoyed our stay. We would recommend.

Great location. We happened to be there when it was very warm and the rooms were unbearably hot so we couldn’t sleep but I can’t hold ten days of heat per year against the host. One issue is, you can’t have windows open for coolness and it not be noisy at the same time. Few homeless in the doorway on occasion but location trumped everything. Needs modernising and new carpet for what is charged.
