Location was great for true Rome neighborhood feel. Everything we needed right outside our building: restaurants, markets, gelato, bus stop, souvenirs etc… etc..! Quiet inside the building despite lots of activity going on outside at restaurants and playground and piazza. We really enjoyed our stay and the vibe of the neighborhood: kids playing, locals taking in an outdoor movie in the piazza, fresh vegetable stand. Had everything we needed like iron, hair dryer and washing machine. Marco was very responsive and kept us well informed to whatever we needed to know for building.
No living area just kitchen area - but we mostly crashed after showering each night anyway and just used the beds.

1: The staff were friendly and very helpful 2: The house location is perfectly situated to visit Rome. 3:The house is very clean. 4:lots of amenities that are uselful in the house(sugar,coffee,salt,pepper,hairdryer etc
The house does not look exactly like in the photos. The details are neglected, and overall, the house appears old and poorly maintained. See the attached pictures. The beds/mattresses are uncomfortable and seem old.
