One of the things I appreciated most about this place was the location — it was within easy walking distance of numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. Being able to step outside and have so many options right at our doorstep made getting around effortless and saved us time and money on transportation. Combined with the quality of the accommodation itself, this location made it an excellent choice for the value. I'd happily stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

My one complaint was that the overall space tended to run warm — the main living area stayed noticeably warmer unless you closed the doors and let the air conditioning cool the room directly. That said, the air conditioning itself was actually better than what I've experienced at other places in Rome. I'll admit I'm judging this by American air conditioning standards, so it's worth keeping that in mind — but it's something future guests should know, especially if you're used to central air keeping every room consistently cool.

Alles beviel ons ! Het was echt top , zeker ook de communicatie met de eigenaar. Hij heeft ons enorm veel geweldige tips gegeven . Zoals de heerlijke pizzeria Mia Marmi

Appartement spacieux, bien situé et propre. Le propriétaire Edoardo est disponible par messages et très réactif. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très bonne literie. Le seul bémol que nous ayons rencontré est la climatisation d'une chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. De même: les fenêtres sont très vieilles et ne ferment pas bien (simple vitrage), laissant passer beaucoup de bruits de la rue. Edoardo n'a pas pu obtenir de rendez-vous avec un technicien pendant notre séjour. Le technicien devait passé le jour de notre départ (séjour d'une semaine).

Le problème de climatisation dans une chambre avec impossibilité de la faire réparer durant notre séjour. Mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres.
