Peaceful, restful, superb!

The history of the property made you feel like you were stepping back in time. Without any of the inconveniences! Beautifully renovated with all mod cons, super clean and yet homely too. Perfect.

We liked everything. But other visitors should note that Stable Apts 2 & 3 are up a fairly steep set of stairs. Good strong handrails everywhere but less able folk should request lower floor accommodation.

This place is so much better than the photos show. We stayed in Stables 1 and 3. The former was bigger than we were expecting. The grounds are stunning, so much to roam and loads of flat grassed areas for the kids to play rounders etc. this place is stunning and the hosts so lovely.

A truly restorative and luxurious stay, filled with warmth and charm.

Our stay at Henley Hall was truly exceptional. The rooms and kitchen were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. What made our experience especially memorable was being able to freely enjoy the beautiful, expansive grounds. It was clear that the owners have a deep love and care for the gardens, and it added so much charm to our stay. There were ten of us this time, and without a doubt, we all agreed that we would love to return next year. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We honestly couldn’t find anything negative to mention. Everything was well thought-out and beautifully maintained. It’s rare to stay somewhere where all ten of us felt completely satisfied — but Henley Hall achieved just that.

Wonderful, quirky, get away from it all holiday.

Great location. Lovely quirky original rooms. Very cosy, log fires (including logs!) lots of little extras such as washing up liquid , dishwashing tablets, teabags, coffee and a fridge stocked with milk and a bottle of Prosecco! Just lovely ! Grounds are beautiful- just unfortunate that we had two days of heavy fog!! Loved it! Definitely recommend ! We stayed in 1 the stables , 2 the stables and the gardeners cottage.

I wish there were peacocks wandering around!!!! (Random thought!)

The location near Ludlow was exceptional. The Orangery was absolutely beautiful and clean. Comfy bed. Had all the conveniences required for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the beautiful gardens and the peace and quiet! Just what we had hoped for! Would definitely stay again! Lovely cows and friendly kitty!

I feel the decor of the bathroom area needed updating to match the stylishness of the rest of the space. It needed repainting and it looked very utilitarian. Also, wish there was a better location for the TV. But I’m not sure there could be! We still were able to watch it.

Ludlow weekend getaway

Beautiful orangery accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. Great views and freedom to explore the grounds. Near to Ludlow but had a very private feeling - only saw three people the whole weekend!

The shower wasn't powerful enough. Couldn't get the TV to work but not really an issue, lovely views made up for it!

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The surrounding area is beautiful and Henley Hall itself is an imposing edifice with extensive and impressively well maintained grounds. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the apartment (one of a number adjoining the former stables) was comfortable, well-equipped and spacious enough to accommodate our party of five with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (despite the atrocious weather).
