Very nice stay in the house, and want to recommend to others

The host was a very nice person. He was always willing to listen to our requirements and help as much as he can. We also wanna thank him for the delicious cod as a gift for us. The house is clean, new and practical for a family. The house and the service did worth the money!

A quiet place right to the sea, beside the main roads, with all conveniences, with a perfect host

We are travelling since over 30 years allover Scandinavia, renting summerhouses, renting boats, going to hotels. We never had a host, the owner, who cares so much about us. First professional: whenever there was a question, the owner gave the answer quick; he provides us with helpful informations; he contacted restaurant he knows (because he grew up and is living there) and make bookings possible which we on our own wouldn't be able to do. Second personally: He gave us wonderful boat and fishing trips for fair prices, he really took care in any circumstances.

Once we missed during cooking a whisk. After asking the host: he organized one immediately for the next day. So even that was more a pluspoint instead of a dislike, because he solved this little issue immediately.

New, tasteful and comfortable apartment over two stories; scenic location; friendly and helpful host (who was easily reachable); possible to rent a small boat for fishing right next door (from the host); easy to get fish.

Abgelegener, charmanter Aufenthalt.

Die Lage der Hütte ist wirklich ruhig. Wir können aber nur für die Nebensaison im März sprechen, wo sonst keine weiteren Touristen vor Ort waren. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss sind sehr gut und bequem ausgestattet. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten dadurch ausreichend Platz. In der Wohnküche kann es allerdings für 4 Personen auch etwas eng werden. Die Küche bietet das nötigste, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub erwartet und hatte sogar grundlegende Lebensmittel vorhanden (z.B. Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl, Nudeln, etc.) Das Bad ist modern, neu und vor allem groß. Unser Vermieter war freundlich und auch zeitweise vor Ort. Am letzten Abend haben wir sogar fangfrischen und pannenfertigen Fisch serviert. Das war ein toller Abschluss unserer Reise.

Das zusammengewürfelte Geschirr in der Küche hat uns weniger gefallen. Es gibt nur kleine Tassen, Gläser und zwei kleine Schüsseln, die für Müsli kaum reichen. Töpfe und Deckel haben auch nicht zueinander gepasst. Die gesamte Hütte hat nur einen kleinen Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer. Damit bekommt man im März die Hütte nicht warm. Wir haben deshalb zusätzlich den Ofen zum Heizen verwendet. Die Wohnküche ist mit Esstisch und Sessel sehr vollgestellt, so dass wir einen Teil in die Abstellkammer im Dachgeschoss gestellt haben, um mehr Platz zu haben. Die Dusche im Bad hat eine undichte Stelle, die wir mit einem Handtuch abgedeckt haben. Das Internet vor Ort ist extrem schlecht. Da das WLAN der Hütte auch nur über Mobilfunk funktioniert und dieser eben kaum vorhanden ist, hat man immer schlechtes Netz. Je nach Wetterlage mal etwas besser oder komplett weg. Wissen sollte man auch, dass die Hütte nur über eine schlaglochreiche Schotterstraße erreichbar ist, die insgesamt 4 km lang ist.

Perfect spot, excellent host !

Detta boende ligger i en lugn och avskild miljö, lagom centralt på Lofoten. Nära till samhället Borg, med bla museum och mataffär. Vår värd Rune välkomnade oss på plats - väldigt trevligt. Rune var mycket lyhörd och hjälpsam och erbjöd oss dessutom att följa med ut på fisketur (rekommenderas starkt).

Die Lage war hervorragend, da die Location direkt am Meer liegt, es fast keine Nachbarschaft gibt und man so gut wie kein Menschen gemachtes Geräusch wahrnimmt. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem kann man in der kleinen Bucht gut schwimmen 😇 und es gibt eine eigene kleine Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken und die Sonne genießen kann. Rune, unser Vermieter, war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfreich.
