Host is fantastic; incredibly friendly, chatty, makes you feel super welcome. Rooms were comfortable and homely. Shared bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delightful. Highly recommended.

Convenient supermarket and pub nearby, close to Tullamore and hiking trips (e.g. Glenbarrow Walk). Owner is very friendly and helpful and offered to cook food for us.
Room was advertised as en-suite with its "own bathroom": Turned out to be a shower and toilet right next to the bed with a thin divider only. Should have been mentioned/shown in pictures. There are plans to build an actual wall there. After further inquiry we could use the extra bathroom on the floor.
