Comfortable short stay in Le Havre

Bright functional apartment on the main boulevard, good for our family of 5 that wanted to stay together. We didn’t use the kitchen, washing machine or the fridge, but it seemed fully equipped. There is a tram running in front of the building but we didn’t use it as we either walked or drove. Could park quite easily in the street. Good for a short stay as it’s within walking distance to the Pot de Yaourt and City Hall etc.

Need to climb 3 floors of stairs, musty smell in the main lobby.

Bon emplacement à proximité des transports, les chambres sont assez grandes.

Il n'a pas été précisé qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, problème avec le disjoncteur pendant qu on préparait le dîner. La déco est a revoir . Il serait bien également de réparer le robinet de la salle de bain. Ce sont quelques petits détails qui peuvent mettre à mal séjour. Il serait judicieux de préciser les points négatifs dans l'annonce pour éviter de prendre les vacanciers par surprise.

Excellent séjour entre amis !

Une adresse idéalement située à proximité directe de la gare ! L’appartement est spacieux avec un grand séjour-salle à manger donnant sur une cuisine bien équipée [comme si nous étions à la maison : café, sucre, huile et j’en passe !], 2 grandes chambres et une salle de bains comprenant le WC ! L’appartement reçoit un balcon filant donnant directement sur l’avenue : agréable par beau temps ! L’ensemble est propre. Les clés de l’appartement nous ont été remises directement par le propriétaire des plus sympathiques qui nous a guidé jusqu’à bon port. Quant à la restitution des clés, elle s’est opéré par une personne qui venait assurer le ménage le jour de notre départ. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Aucune remarque négative mais pour être tatillon, je trouve dommage qu’un appartement de 83 m² n’ait pas de WC séparé de la salle de bains. Pas place de parking : le stationnement dans les rues attenantes est payant. Attention, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur [information bien précisée sur l’annonce] et l’appartement est situé au 3ème étage.
