Jungle-Art - Furnished apartment - Downtown Lyon

This was a charming apartment in a great location, in a quintessential Lyonnais building. There are two very strong fans (one upstairs and one downstairs) which helped us deal with the crazy summer heat. The place is clean and pretty big for Lyon, with a modern kitchen, ironing board and good internet. We collected the key from a lockbox very close by which was relatively straightforward, and then dropped them in the building mailbox when leaving. The hosts (I think via a property management company?) messaged us regularly with plenty of instructions and guidance offered for our stay.

Slightly more space for suitcases would be good, but I understand space is always at a premium in these kinds of apartments. It would have been good to be able to do clothes washing too.

Thé location was perfect. In a cool neighborhood but also close to transportation.

I enjoyed the most the neighborhood! We were in a very close proximity to everything that matters, from mini market to cafes, restaurants, city center and metro... everything was super close!

It's not that i didn't like it, but i found the pillows to be uncomfortable. We are a bit demanding when it comes to our sleep, and although i know that nothing can resemble our bed/mattress/pillows, i found those to be quite uncomfortable. Also, one minor thing that created a little bit anxiety for me, on the top floor it would be nice to install a little "door" to guard the staircase. When i woke up in the middle of the night to visit the toilet, i was afraid i might end up at the bottom of the stairs
