Apartment am Egghof Deluxe

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in agosto, eravamo due adulti e due ragazzi con il nostro gatto. Appartamento nuovissimo, piccolo ma confortevole e pulitissimo. I letti, un matrimoniale e un divano letto a due posti, erano larghi e comodi, a parte il cuscino che avrei preferito uno più duro. L'angolo cottura é ben attrezzato, completo di tutto. La Piastra a induzione con due fuochi è stata sufficiente. Un bel tavolo dove pranzare. Bagno con doccia a filo pavimento, bisogna fare attenzione ma è bella larga e piacevole. Il luogo è un vero paradiso sopra le nuvole con vista sulla vallata. La padrona di casa, gentilissima, ha risposto alle nostre richieste immediatamente. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole con tante piccole attenzioni soprattutto verso i bambini e il nostro pet. Innsbruck è a 20 minuti di automobile. Nel paese prima di arrivare c'è un bel supermercato dove fare la spesa.

E' difficile dire cosa non mi sia piaciuto, l'unica cosa che mi sento di dire è che la strada per arrivare alla casetta è, nel suo ultimo tratto, un po' impervia e parecchio in salita, ma ricordiamoci che siamo in montagna! Il secondo giorno mi ero già abituata. Venite però preparati se, come me, non siete abituati alla montagna. Leggete bene le istruzioni per arrivare che vi verranno inviate, la prima volta è facile non vedere la stradina che porta alla casa.

The apartment is located high on the mountain and offers beautiful views from outside. It was spacious enough for our family, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a capsule coffee machine. Self check-in was convenient, and the hosts had prepared small welcome treats for the children, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The apartment contained many personal items and products for sale, which made it feel somewhat cluttered and made it difficult to understand what was intended for guests. Although the apartment was generally clean, some details could have been maintained better. The bedding and pillows were not very comfortable. Access to the property is also quite challenging, as the road is very steep, narrow and in places only wide enough for one car. Guests who are not confident driving on mountain roads should be aware of this. The check-out time of 9:00 was very early, and the departure instructions were not completely clear.

There were lots of flies; we took a couple of minutes to realize before closing the door so they entered the apartment

Top Lage zum Blick auf das Innsbrucker Tal - wenn man vor die Tür tritt und 100m weiter bergwärts läuft. Das Parken direkt vor der Tür war eine geschätzte Annehmlichkeit.

Die Ferienwohnung hat schon auf uns gewartet, die Eingangstür war aufgeschlossen, aber einen persönlichen Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat es binnen 4 Aufenthaltstagen nicht gegeben. Sauberkeit weitgehend i.O., aber die toten Fliegen und Insekten hätten auch weg sein können; einklebbare Fliegengitter wären nützlich, auch um nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen. Die Feuchtigkeit in der Naßzelle läßt die Handtücher nicht richtig trocknen. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht. Das Raumangebot halte ich für 3 Personen angemessen, ansonsten wird's eng. Das Quartierräumen bis 09:00 Uhr mag vielleicht verständlich sein, ist aber kein Pluspunkt.
