We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back again!

The location and the house itself were perfect. We also had a small garden where the children could play. In addition, the furniture was modern, and the bathroom was definitely the highlight. The house was very clean, and the owner was extremely friendly and lovely.

The internet connection in outside/garden was weak.

Perfect place for visiting Innsbruck and Tirol

The location is amazing and the apartment just perfect for several days! It is close to Innsbruck while you feel in the mountains at the same time. We come every year already for five years and we will come back again next one. The family Sailer makes us really feel home here

pity just that it is not ours 😉

Gut aber dennoch enttäuschend

Die Lage war gut, wir konnten vieles schnell erreichen, und ein Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden – das war sehr praktisch. Auch die Betten waren bequem, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war insgesamt enttäuschend, vor allem im Hinblick auf Transparenz, Ausstattung und Komfort. Wenige Tage vor der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass für unseren Hund 70 € zusätzlich berechnet werden – davon steht allerdings nichts in der Anzeige, man erfährt es erst nach der Buchung. Obwohl wir bei der Buchung und auch im Vorfeld mehrfach angegeben hatten, dass wir mit Hund reisen, wurde dieser bei der ersten Abrechnung durch die Vermieterin nicht berücksichtigt. Erst am Abreisetag wurde der Betrag dann plötzlich doch verlangt. Der Preis ist aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt: Außer zwei Metallnäpfen gab es keinerlei Ausstattung für den Hund. Natürlich muss unser Hund nicht aufs Sofa oder ins Bett, aber bei einem solchen Aufpreis hätten wir zumindest eine hundefreundliche Ausstattung erwartet. Ein weiteres großes Problem war die Temperatur in der Wohnung – sie war durchgehend sehr kalt. Es gibt lediglich eine Heizung im Badezimmer, deren Steckdose ausschließlich vom Vermieter per App gesteuert wird. Diese wurde auch nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage hin und nur für sehr kurze Zeiträume aktiviert. Dir normale Heizung war ohne Funktion und nicht steuerbar. Auch die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Spülmaschine reinigte das Geschirr so schlecht, dass wir vieles noch einmal per Hand spülen mussten – vermutlich der Grund, warum in den Schränken einiges an schmutzigem Geschirr zu finden war. Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser weit durchs Badezimmer, was auf Dauer sehr unangenehm ist. Der Garten war ebenfalls nicht nutzbar, da der Rasen abgesperrt war – auch das wurde im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt, obwohl der Garten in der Onlineanzeige der Wohnung enthalten war. Für Geschäftsreisende ist zudem wichtig zu wissen, dass die ausgestellte Quittung unvollständig war und viele Pflichtangaben fehlten – sie war somit nicht gültig.
