Bathroom had a glass door that doesn’t completely seal, not ideal if you are sharing the room.

Opera16 is in the perfect location: central to everything and very easy to get around from there by public transportation or on foot. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff hospitable. When there was an issue with my room [beyond everyone's control], they were very proactive in solving it. I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Great location
Not clean - entrance and passageways need a good clean, even sigange is tacky. In room - filthy stained carpet (needs to be replaced), cobwebs in corners of room Noisy - a continuous mechanical din / buzz in the room (checked fridge, was not that) Tired and worn furniture and fittings No hot water in the shower I discussed all of these points with the receptionist, and there was no offer of an alternative room (to shower before long transit). Would not stay again.
