Neatness, everything is clean.
They don’t have a generator, when load shedding strikes we have to use long stairs to get to and from the rooms.

The wait to get the keys, it took forever and it was late. Also the fact that none guest were not allowed in the building after 8. That's why I changed the booking

the bed made a lot of noise and was extremely uncomfortable didn’t seem stable ended up moving mattress to the floor and sleeping on the floor
