I love the comfortable feel of the apartment- very homey! The property has substantial numbers of kitchen utilities, ample space in the sitting door and the view from the patio is lovely
I didn’t appreciate the constant noise from the surrounding buildings at night and the train that moves past the apartment about every hour

The kitchen utensils were good. The bed was good. The shower was ok. . TV was good. Washing Machine, Microwave were good. Cleaning detergents were adequate.
I didn't like the area in which the apartment is located, it looked dangerous and not so clean. The chairs in the living room were not clean. The balcony was not clean at all and when it rained, water stayed there for 2 days. The toilet needs a modern toilet pan. The locking mechanism should be more advanced. I think the price should be cheaper for the issues I've mentioned and the location the apartment is in. I felt I payed too much.
