Wonderful suite accommodation in a central location.

We lodged in the Junior Suite, which was very comfortably furnished. The layout was perfect, having a sitting area and large TV. The bathroom was well appointed and included a washer/dryer. We loved the high ceilings, which gave a sense of luxury. The view from our windows looked out over the well-known Morlaix Viaduct in the distance.

There was some street noise during the night from patrons leaving a nearby bar.

Fantastic apartment with only one smelly flaw.

Beautiful loft-apartment on a fantastic location. Good communication with host. I forgot my airpods which they sent to my house - very thankfull for that!

The smell in the kitchen. We first thought it was the air freshener. The kitchen was spotless clean but we could not cook or have breakfast because of the smell. I think it is due to the building because there is a similar smell around the entrance. The kitchen is also street level. When we asked the host there was no reply, so I guess they are aware of it.

Great stay in centre of Morlaix

Location - right in the centre of Morlaix almost underneath the viaduct. Huge room sizes. Very clean. Great bathroom shower. Lots of good places to eat or have a drink nearby.

Parking can be pot luck particularly on a Friday night. We were fortunate enough to find a space on the road just outside the apartment. Don’t park in the car park just opposite on a Friday night which houses the Saturday market from 5.30. am. Car will be towed away ?

very enjoyable stay in lovely spacious apartment

We loved the studio apartment which was characterful, spacious and well-equipped with a great view of the viaduct. We arrived by bicycle and were able to store our bikes overnight in a room on the ground floor of the building. The location was perfect with an excellent restaurant (Le Viaduc) practically next door. We would definitely like to return to Morlaix which is a lovely town and to stay here again.

Communication on check in arrangements could be improved. We were told we would get details of how to check in on the morning of our arrival but I sent a message via booking.com at 1pm as we had not received them. I got a quick response with details of how to get access to the building. But when we arrived we discovered there were several apartments and we didn't know which one was ours. I sent another message and again got a quick reply so it was fine in the end but more detailed information could have been sent at the beginning.

The apartment was large, beautifully furnished and decorated and was a lovely start to our holiday - beds were super comfy

Loved my stay in Duc de Bretagne. Everything is perfect. The loft is equipped with everything you needed. The space, furniture, decoration, location, welcome, comfort, WIFI….A very good restaurant Le Viaduc is just next door. Definitely one of the best among all Booking and Airbnb I booked. If you love France, speak a bit of French and enjoy self-catering you can't improve on this

We were on a camping holiday of 10 days and we chose to have two days break in this apartment half way through. It was a wonderful relief to find something so welcoming and classy. We discovered Morlaix and its viaduct about 30 years ago and had retained the memory of it. It was exceptional

Comfortable, spacious and in a superb location

Very comfortable flat with fantastic view of the main square and the viaduct. Comfortable bed, large TV and plenty of communal spaces. Excellent service on arrival and a very helpful lady during the day. Good restaurants close by and a supermarket ten minutes away. We had a great stay!
