Reasonable 1 night stay

This hotel could easily give itself 2 stars. If all you need is a shower and bed for the night it is fine for the price. Yes the decor and carpets could do with a refresh, there’s a bit of mould on the wall in the shower but the bed was comfortable, good shower, decent wifi. Fine for a 1 night stay and right in the centre of Morlaix. For the price, I found it more than adequate………..if you want 5 star, pay 5 star

As per the website, parking is difficult. All spaces outside the hotel are disabled only. There are about 4 spaces directly opposite that are for 15 minutes only between 0900 & 1800 hrs. I arrived at 1745 and left at 0845 and it was fine. Could be difficult if you are leaving/ arriving outside of these times

A very honest value proposition

An honest cheap hotel, with convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and good heating. No frills, but all the basics are covered.

The reception is not open all day (this was not a surprise--the opening hours are posted in the description), so it was not possible to leave the luggage upon arrival. Morlaix is located on a a fairly steep hillside, so going down to the centre and up to the hotel (right by the railway station, as the name suggests) was a bit tiring with our backpacks.

It should have been a 2* hotel. For a 1* hotel it deserves the maximum mark, 10, the only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. Rooms are larger than usual and the owner is really, really nice. It has some authentic French charm

Very clean, almost antique decor from 70s or 80s french, which is very kitsch in a nice way. Very french😄 We had breakfast at the hotel, which comes with plenty of coffee and good amount of food.

Excellent place. Just next to the train station. Cheap and good. And the staff just amazing. I made a mistake while booking so had my booking for the day after my arrival. Quickly they managed to change it. They saved my night!
