The property is in an excellent location, with great metro, bus, and tram connections to all the major sights in Rome. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several restaurants and cafes, an outdoor flower and vegetable market, and a well-stocked supermarket nearby. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. We had our towels changed three times during our six-day stay. I particularly want to praise the overall cleanliness of the place. Although some older reviews mentioned issues with this, our experience was excellent and we were very satisfied. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine where you can make free espresso or tea. There are glasses, plates, and cutlery available, as well as a refrigerator, but please note that cooking is not possible. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We were welcomed by the lovely Aurora, who explained everything perfectly. We communicated via WhatsApp afterwards, which was very convenient. A huge plus was the luggage storage; since we arrived early and had a late flight, being able to leave our bags both on the first and last day was greatly appreciated. Breakfast at the cafe across the street was good – a croissant, coffee, and a small toast – which was more than enough to start the day.

I have no major complaints, though a few more clothes hangers would be a helpful addition. As for breakfast, it would be nice to have two or three alternatives; eating a croissant and toast every day can get a bit repetitive after three days, especially since we preferred making our own coffee in the apartment anyway. It would also be great if there was an option to at least boil eggs. Adding a cutting board and a large knife for preparing bread or salad would also be very useful. That being said, everything was still perfectly fine as it is.

The hotel room was comfortable and really clean. Great value for the price. Aurora sent all the necessary informations to reach the appartment without issue. Breakfast is taken in a bar of the street, really typical and tasty.

All good, location was fine - easy walk to termini station. Apartment is in a block with a courtyard so felt very safe. It is a shared apartment of 3 bedrooms and a communal kitchen. Room was simple, contemporary and very clean. It had everything we needed. There was tea and coffee available in the kitchen but no fresh milk. Breakfast was vouchers in local cafe. Would happily recommend it for a weekend stay.

Nothing bad.

The size and layout of the room is good. The rooms are cleaned every day, including towel changes. Breakfast is a coupon for a nearby bakery: you get only one pastry and a coffee, but it's a good pastry of your choice. I liked the neighborhood, which is only about a 15-minute walk from Termini but is residential and quiet, with a couple nice restaurants nearby. There's a grocery store right around the corner.

The air conditioners make loud noises irregularly like an espresso machine. Not just in my room: I spoke with other guests. It's impossible to sleep with the a/c on: Imagine that you're asleep and then somebody starts making an espresso 3 feet away. I stayed there in June and it was hot out, so I turned off the a/c to sleep and stayed asleep only as long as it took for the room to get hot. This might not be a problem in a cooler season, but I can't advise staying here in summer. It's the reason for my relatively low rating. Also, the door to the building is ancient, and the key is a bit hard to use. There's nothing the owner can do about that as this is a converted apartment in a big residential building, but it is frustrating if you come back carrying something. You have to put down whatever you're holding and jiggle the key for a while.
