Hotel Donatello

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent; easy to reach by public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. What I appreciated the most was the staff. On the morning of my check-out, I overslept and was running late for my flight. I was quite panicked, but the reception staff immediately helped by calling a taxi for me and did their best to reassure and calm me down. Their kindness and quick assistance were incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciated it.

The water pressure from the sink faucet was quite low. Also, the housekeeping staff came into my room every day and often organized my clothes and personal belongings. While I appreciate their effort and understand they were trying to be helpful, I would have rather my personal items had not been touched.

Amazing little hotel, that I would highly recommend. Great location and great staff.

Double beds are just singles joined together. Slightly uncomfortable.

Helpful staff, fairly near Roma Termini station. Good air conditioning in room.

Room basic, shower cold! Not in a very salubrious area.
