Major House - Luxury Apartments in Rome by Hostand

Very nice spacious appartment with two full bathrooms and a kitchen. A TV in the livingroom an an other one in the bedroom. Windows to three sides of the building. Public transport in short walking distance.

Very narrow staircase. Doors had to opened via QR code scanners. Appartmernt door was a very secure door, but the locking system could not be used. Only two chairs on the dining table, but lots of space on benches around the table.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated how easy it was to access the room, the modern and functional furniture, and the attention to detail in the kitchen — even small essentials like salt and olive oil were provided, which made us feel at home. What we appreciated the most, however, was the kindness and flexibility of the host. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, and their understanding and support truly made a difference for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend it 😊

The only small downside for us was the location. Although it was well connected by public transport, it felt a bit far from the main touristic center, and the neighborhood gave us a slightly less comfortable feeling in the evenings compared to other areas of Rome.

Nice flat with everything, you need for normal life.

Quite loud location, but no loud people or music .. Trams was really loud with vibrations. No problem for us, but not super quiet flat :)

We liked the location, the manager responded quickly on WhatsApp and recommended good restaurants - thanks for that.

There was a very strong smell of dampness, ants are crawling in the kitchen and cockroaches are on the floor. There is mold on the tiles in the shower.
