Our stay was excellent! The location was easy to find and after booking a taxi from the airport, we arrived at the apartment in about 35 minutes. The apartment had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the Rome heat. It was clean, recently renovated and very well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, spacious wardrobes and a refrigerator. The owner was incredibly friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or sent a message. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

First of all, we really enjoyed our stay – thank you for that! I do have a small piece of friendly feedback regarding breakfast. We were staying with 3 people for 4 days and although the breakfast tasted fine ( ham/ cheese/ eggs/ joghiurt)we found it to be quite simple and on the small side for our group. In our opinion, the portions were too little for 3 people over multiple mornings. We had to ask for extra bread / ham/ cruesli/ Milk and the variety was limited – we missed things like fresh fruit. We understand it's meant to be a simple breakfast, but for a longer stay with multiple guests, a bit more quantity and choice would make a big difference. Please take this as constructive feedback – we would love to come back in the future!

Location was wonderful, and the hosts were very responsive. Nice amount of space in Rome.

The bed broke when my husband sat down. We lifted up the mattress and it looked like this had happened multiple other times. We couldn’t get it fixed during our stay so we has to switch sides and sleep very carefully the rest of our stay. The owner was very responsive to our call though.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and felt just like living in our own home, with everything we needed provided. The host even prepared food and groceries for us, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. We are truly grateful for the host’s kindness and hospitality throughout our stay.

Although the property is a little away from the city center, it is conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. I highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a spacious and home-like accommodation rather than staying in a small hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well during our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to explore the city and surrounding areas. Stefano was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. He also helped us organise a taxi for our very early morning airport transfer, which we really appreciated. Thank you again for your hospitality. We would definitely love to return in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
