Perfect in many ways

Private room with clean bathroom and bed. Location is further away from the city center but has a splendid view over Korfu and the sea is just minut walk away. Very kind and hospitable service from the owners who also picked me up at the busstation and always answers the phone when you need something. Beautiful garden with flowers, oranges, olive trees, and the kind stray cats gave the experience an extra plus. There is big supermarket close by, a gym, and a fishing port with a couple of good sea food restaurants besides. Loved it all from beginning to the end. For the price (off season) I recommend it very much.

There are no cattle, availabilities for cooking, even the dishes we had to ask on the 5 day. No balcon, as it was written on booking. Beaches what are near the house are private, so you have to pay 1500 Lek for day. The nearest public beach is 2,5 km in the city centre. No buses from the house to city, so you have to go 1,5 in to the nearest bus stop.

the relaxing paradise and immersive introduction to Albanian culture i had dreamed of

such a beautiful view. lots of construction in Sarandë but this location was quiet, near the North side close to a marina where they are building a huge port (the pouring of cement was not very loud). greeted in a friendly, efficient manner with keys and the wifi password. the wifi is good but it doesn't reach outside the walls of the condo. the room had AC, screens on the windows with blackout shade, mini fridge, wardrobe, TV, and ensuite washroom with a shower and a mirror that lights up. full range of temperatures from the taps with consistent ample pressure. there are clothes lines outside to dry laundry. it would be nice to come back with my family to rent this room along with the room next to it which has a full kitchen. the family was very kind to me, shared stories, and were very hardworking. i grew to love them and was happy to see them around. they kept the property very clean with many beautiful flowers and fruit trees. there is a large gate/fence blocking the driveway then there is another lock on the main door before using a seperate key for the room (turn the key twice). the bed was very comfy and i enjoyed escaping inside during the hottest time of day to nap. such great food in the area (Fish Taverna by the marina a few minutes from the property was outstanding) and the city is very walkable with beautiful flowers all around, colourful buildings, and lots of cats. bonus: towels are provided which was a blessing for my last day to not have to pack a damp towel into my bag. thank you!!

note that the dining area for this room implies there is space to sit and eat, outside. there is only a fridge and table inside so i made salad with limited surface area to prepare it. no toaster oven, cutting board, or kettle. i asked to borrow a plate/bowl and used my own utensils. i made instant coffee in a glass bottle that i bought which had juice in it before. no dish soap provided or salt/pepper/herbs/spices but these things are low cost to buy. 10L of water cost 120LEK from the Eco market about 7 minutes away where i did most of my grocery shopping. the bed took up most of the room so i bumped my legs sometimes walking around it. only one overhead light, no reading light, but it was okay to switch the washroom light on and leave the door ajar. there is no chair in the room but the pillows are quite big and comfy so i was able to work on my laptop in bed. i have an eSIM but only had data in a few places around Sarandë, usually on rooftops or at the marina. unfortunately the beach that used to be at the bottom of the hill is being transformed into a massive port for big ships so the closest beach is 200m away (5 min) and you have to pay to rent a cabana/lounge chair from the resorts. most private beaches are similar and charge around 1000LEK. the free public beach along the promenade is about 22 minutes away. in the opposite direction, you can walk/hike about 25+ min past the marina, past a graveyard, past a military site, there's a beautiful Mosque you should check out on top of the hill but if you go left onto a rough road (be careful if taking a vehicle) along the coast, there you will see cows roaming and maybe some dogs and horses. the road leads to more secluded areas for swimming (note that some are marked private and this area is more dangerous for kids).

Good basis to explore the area, great garden

The staff is super friendly! Checkin and checkout went easy. The bedroom was nice and the bathroom spacious. We liked sitting outside under a fig tree from which we could pick fresh and sweet fruits. The garden has great potential, something you'll hardly find elsewhere in Sarandë. If you're with a car you'll like that the parking is really easy, basically on the doorstep, still private. There is a fridge and a washing machine available (in the big room). The photos are correct, it doesn't promise anything that isn't there.

The whole building felt a bit like a modified garage. There's no window in the kitchen which makes it really dark. Changing the light bulb to a warmer, less blueish light could already make much of a difference here. (If you don't need the kitchen I'd suggest to take the smaller room as it seemed much brighter.) There is sea view from the entrence and the smaller room although through a fence and sometimes it's blocked by a car but you can't swim there, as it's a port area. It's located 20min easy foot walk from the center (and 25 min to the bus station), shortly after the big hotels. The whole area (this part of Sarandë) felt too much like a hotel ghetto to us. Until you really see the sea you have to walk at least 15min, everything else is blocked by large hotels with their private beaches. Condo rooms is a good exception in that sense, still it affects the overall atmosphere. Although the kitchen is large, it isn't well equipped, e.g. there are some forks and spoons (both could have been cleaner) but only one knife. Also the kitchen misses a trash bin. I wouldn't recommended for people only by foot (better stay in Ksamil which also has tons of hotels but doesn't feel as dark and packed as Sarande) but Condo Rooms could make a good basis if you're exploring the area with your own car for a few days.

Nice property by the sea

I want to note that the room was extremely clean with a modern furniture. The bed linen and towels were fresh with a good smell. Very friendly owners who introduced us to some honey from their own apiary.

Clean comfortable room, soft bed, everything you need was in the room. From the window there was a beautiful view of the sea, of the moon. Nearby shops. To the center on foot 20-25 minutes. There is a delicious tavern nearby with fresh seafood at an affordable price. Very friendly and understanding hosts. Quiet and calm at night.

As with most guest houses in Albania, there are no shower unit with walls. All the water from the shower pours into the entire bathroom.

Basic.. basic…echt behelpen. We hadden een kamer geboekt met zeezicht, daar aangekomen blijk een waterpomp bij het raam stuk te zijn een hoop herrie, de eigenaar geboekt, die heeft ons naar andere locatie gebracht die veel goedkoper was, hij wilde €5 hebben voor de keuken wat niks voorstelde. Dus i.p.v dat ik geld terug krijg vroeg hij meer geld voor oude gebouw.

Vicinanza dal centro,3 km a piedi e parcheggio privato..un lusso a Saranda.Ottima vista su un porticciolo si servizio dove attraccano splendide barche.. Elvis è stato molto disponibile a risolvere alcuni problemi e data la sua professionalità ci ha permesso di continuare una vacanza rilassante.. abbiamo dormito molto bene

Anche se c'è scritto che non c'è la cucina un piccolo angolo cottura non sarebbe male ma nel nostro soggiorno la Taverna Arsia nei dintorni ha compensato la mancanza..
