Lovely B&B on the outskirts of Namur

The property is very well kept and clean. The couple are very friendly and our breakfast was exceptional, eggs, cold meats and cheese, bread and croissants, fresh fruit, fried eggs, juice, coffee and sparkling wine!

The weather was hot and it wasn't easy to keep the room cool.

Superb

Location is good. Just off the main road. It doesn't look like a hotel. Stefan and his wife are very friendly. Kindly recommended and then booked a table reservation at the Romance Restaurant for us just up the road. The bedroom opens on to a lovely garden. Lovely bathroom and shower. Comfortable night. The breakfast was marvelous. Was introduced to French Toast, for which Stefan gave us the recipe. Just lovely. Fresh fruit, lots of cheese and meats, croissants, orange juice.

It was fine, nothing wrong with it at all.

Nice place for a longer stay with a car of your own.

Very friendly hosts; offering a pick up from the train station. Quiet place, own terrace; the breakfast was amazing, served outside in the garden.

Peaceful B&B outside Namur. Great hospitality!

Although La Majolique is located about 5km west of Namur this should be seen as a positive. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and the house is set in a peaceful garden with ample outdoor seating. The rooms are extremely comfortable, well furnished and quiet. Breakfast is exceptionally generous with lots of breads, pastries, jams, cheeses and cold meats. There are two decent and reasonably priced restaurants nearby

La patronne est super accueillante,elle a vraiment le soucis du bien-être de ses clients. Elle donne de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux, on ne sait où poser les yeux tout est beau, tout est bon, tout est soigné et très très copieux. A recommander vivement. Merci beaucoup.

Belle demeure au calme avec un très beau jardin sur l'arrière. Stéphane et Laniel sont d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse, attentionnés et beaucoup de bienveillance. Un petit déjeuner très complet et bon, avec du "fait maison". chambre très propre et lumineuse, bonne literie, arrêt de bus à proximité, très pratique. place pour stationner notre véhicule.

Aangenaam verblijf in een leuke B&B met een fantastisch ontbijt

Aangename B&B op een steenworp van Namen en Floreffe, met een degelijk bed een zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt , heel mooie en verzorgde tuin en heel erg aangename en attente gastvrouw

De kamer is niet zo groot, er is geen plaats om er gewoon wat in te zitten lezen of zo, die plek is er buiten wel maar daarvoor moet je natuurlijk goed weer hebben

Välskött B&B med fin trädgård/utemiljö i Namur

Vi bodde i rum med egen utgång till den gemensamma uteplatsen där det var trevligt och bekvämt att sitta. Rum med allt som behövs, inklusive te och kaffe. Tillmötesgående och vänliga värdar som lagade en mycket god och variationsrik frukost

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire et petits déjeuners variés et de qualité

mais la réservation de la chambre " vue sur jardin ", pourtant choisie après lecture des commentaires,n’a pas été respectée et nous nous sommes retrouvés au premier étage avec un escalier fort raide et vue sur les nuages avec un unique vélux à 2,5 m de hauteur 😕 !! Au total rapport qualité/prix très moyen…

Très belle halte à proximité de la Sambre et à une encablure de Namur

Le cadre est très agréable, tout est très agréablement pensé pour les clients, de nombreuses petites attentions qui traduisent un réel souci de rendre le séjour super. Le petit déjeuner très frais préparé avec des produits de qualité, avec beaucoup de choix. Tout est très soigné. Vélos mis à l’abri pour la nuit avec possibilité de recharger dans le garage.

Heerlijke plek om te wandelen en om van gastronomisch Namen te genieten.

De acommodatie was makkelijk te vinden, de gastvrouw stond ons om 17u op te wachten om ons hartelijk te verwelkomen in de uitgestrekte tuin. De kamer was op het gelijkvloers en voorzien van een terras. Prima onderhouden gebouw en de kamer zelf smaakvol ingericht en piekfijn proper. Het linnengoed van prima kwaliteit en geurde heerlijk naar Savon de Marseille :-). Het hoogtepunt was het ontbijt met versgebakken pannenkoeken, wentelteefjes, roereitje met gerookte zalm, knapperig vers brood, croissants, chocoladebroodjes, een uitgebreid assortiment charcuterie en kazen, confituur, ontbijtgranen, verschillende soorten vruchtensap, koffie en thee aan één gezellige, grote ronde tafel. En dan ben ik zeker nog iets vergeten!

Er mag een iets sterkere waterdruk in de douche zijn, maar dat is werkelijk een detail ;-).

Perfect voor een kort verblijf

Nogal kleine kamer met deur naar grote tuin, geen kast maar geriefelijk rek met hangers, en onder TV een grote kast met laden, mooie nogal koude badkamer. Zeker goed genoeg voor 1 à 2 dagen. Maar ...het ontbijt... beter kan echt niet ! Wij hebben al veel B&B's en hotels gedaan ook 5* hotels en dit ontbijt was één van de beste. Alles was aanwezig en we kregen ook een glaasje bubbels aangeboden. En natuurlijk de hoste, het was een zeer vriendelijke dame die haar best deed om ons in het Nederlands te ontvangen. Dikke proficiat !

De druk op het water in de regendouche was wat flauw, en de badkamer was koud. Op het bed lag (voor mij) een te dunne donsdeken.

Une expérience parfaite, les hôtes très accueillants, présents si besoin mais sans envahissement, discrétion de leur part, le petit déjeuner fabuleux et très varié, vraiment excellent, les lieux de restauration recommandés étaient parfaits. En résumé, l'expérience Booking la plus satisfaisante depuis très très longtemps.

Nous avons été très bien reçus. La chambre était très bien aménagée, agréable et confortable (nous avons fortement apprécié le confort du lit). Le petit-déjeuner était digne de celui d’un hôtel

Rien mais n’hésitez pas à placer un mousse pour atténuer le bruit à la fermeture de la porte métallique. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais nous avons eu peur de gêner les autres en rentrant
