pleasant little place, close to the pubs beach etc yet very quiet

lovely little place, had everything you'd need and a comfy bed. sofa and tellys. all good. just a few yards off the main streets. might need to check on your maps to find it, but you will.

Smell of mold threw out

It was at a good location. Easy to find.

As soon as I waled threw the door it smelled of mold. This ruined the place for me. Was also very cold. Only one heater in the place. Probably a better place to stay during summer. Coffee machine didn't work very well. It states that there is no parking and that is true. If you stay here you should hope that you don't have a car as parking for 2.5 hours outside cost me 20 euro. I reserved this place on booking . Com.... I don't wanna get messages about extra fees after the fact of booking. Mainly the smell of mold is what put me off. Would be better in the summer I'm sure.

Great location- thoughtful decor - every utensil available - super little place.

Unfortunately very damp in the bathroom which made the whole apartment feel damp and smell of damp. Such a shame because everything else is perfect.

Excellent apartment owned by thoughtful hosts.

Ground floor apartment just back from the main street and harbour front. Very well equipped, clearly a lot of thought had been put in by the owner. On street parking was available close by. A great find in a very nice town.

There are no views from the apartment, but the town, harbour and beach are only a very short stroll

le séjour s'est bien déroulé

le logement est très fonctionnel, bien préparé pour vous accueillir, bien placé dans la ville et l'hôte communique très bien. A préciser, le ménage n'est pas inclus dans le prix, il peut être ajouté pour 30 euros. Ceci dit du bon matériel de ménage est à disposition.

le logement en RDC bas était assez humide, ce qui peut être dérangeant selon les sensibilités.

Förutom fukten - en helt perfekt lägenhet.

Läget var perfekt. Stor, välplanerad och mycket välutrustad lägenheten. Trevlig värd som var lätt att få kontakt med.

Tyvärr var lägenheten mycket fuktig. Textilier var därför småfuktiga och en viss källardoft varade under hela vår vistelse. Är man känslig för detta är lägenheten inte att rekommendera. Allt annat var perfekt och läget kunde inte vara bättre.

Idéal pour découvrir Granville et ses environs

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à la fois proche de la gare maritime, de la mer et de la ville, il y a un petit parking public juste au pied. On a pu tout faire à pied. Il est au calme, décoré avec goût, et très fonctionnel. La literie est confortable et il y a de quoi prendre un thé ou un café dans la cuisine.

Ideal pour prendre ferry

Nous allions à Jersey du coup l appartement est hyper bien placé pour prendre le ferry. Il est très bien décoré et super bien équipé. J ai été surprise de la taille du logement qui est bien plus grand que sur les photos. La boîte à clefs est très pratique cela permet une arrivée autonome. Propreté irréprochable.

La salle de bain est très petite mais mais la douche est grande. Il y a une seule fenêtre et pas beaucoup de luminosité mais on y était seulement 2 nuits que pour dormir donc cela ne nous a vraiment pas derangé.

Logement assez propre et aménagement intérieur agréable. Dans le centre ville avec des parkings gratuits pas très éloignés. Peu de bruit à l'extérieur.

Pas de réseau mobile, mais du wifi inclus dans le prix. Logement assez sombre, sans véritable vue sur l'extérieur. Sol carrelé salle de bain glissant, bruit d'une cage d'escalier située contre la chambre, mais très peu de passage. La VMC est très bruyante. Il aurait été mieux de pouvoir isoler phoniquement la chambre de la zone de vie.

Superbe appartement rénové entièrement avec beaucoup de goût. Felicitations à la décoratrice ! Literie impeccable. Ecran de tv neuf très belle qualité d image. Tout parait neuf. Très beau séjour.

Entrée de l immeuble, les escaliers de la montee saintonge, et le parking en bas payant la journée. Heureusement gratuit la nuit.
