About this apartment rental

Apartment bathed in light, design seen from the sea, strategically located in the heart of Granville opposite the fishing port.
Everything is done on foot, thalassotherapy, beautiful walks on the coastal paths, the beach, the sailing school, the stars to get away from it all on the Chausey or Channel Islands, go shopping and of course feast on the good Granvillais restaurants. For the little extra you have the enjoyment of a beach cabin from June to September.
The rental has a large space open to the living room, dining room and kitchen. it has been completely refurbished.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional as well as the bathroom.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people.
In the bedroom The bedding is new like the sofa bed in the living room plus a baby cot.
If you want to rent the linen, the kit is 30 euros and cleaning 30 euros.

Good apartment centrally located but let down by a number of factors

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights end of March but were let down by a number of factors in the control of the owner ie. 1. No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4. TV had a moveable aerial which we had to balance on a box in the window to get reception. Only limited local tv channels provided 5. Only perfunctory information provided. In addition parking was difficult as the car park on the quay was often full during the day. Apart from the above the apartment was well equipped and was in a central location within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel pour 2 personnes, mais aussi pour 4. Dispose d'un équipement convenable en cuisine et propre. Très bien situé. Nous n'avons pas repris la voiture pour visiter Granville, le musée Christian Dior, longé la mer, le port, faire les courses... ect.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage in Granville gleich am Hafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Nicht luxuriös, aber gemütlich und mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Abends ist es angenehm ruhig durch die relativ neuen Fenster. Es gibt noch eine Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer, aber optimal ist die Belegung mit 2 Personen. Leider hatten die Vormieter die Schlüssel nicht am angegebenen Ort platziert, was bei uns für etwas Verwirrung sorgte. Daher riefen wir die Vermieterin an, die jedoch binnen Minuten mit dem Ersatzschlüssel kam. Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt in Granville und wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Im komplett ausgestatteten Küchenbereich mit 4 Kochplatten, Backofen und Mikrowelle lassen sich Mahlzeiten gut zubereiten. Allerdings gibt es keinen Dunstabzug. Dafür ist jedoch im Bad ein sehr guter Fön vorhanden und es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett.

Confortable mais sans plus Pas prévu pour un long séjour, ni pour beaucoup cuisiner. Pas de hotte et absen ce de placards pour l alimentaire Appart assez bien situé mais un peu bruyant car beaucoup de passages voitures Accueil impersonnel car la proprio a été invisible durant le séjour. Dommage !!!

Dommage de réserver un appartement au premier étage et de se retrouver au troisième surtout par rapport au fait des escaliers.... La hotte ne fonctionnait pas donc le détecteur de fumée c’est déclenché avec un bruit strident. Malgré les convecteurs il n’a pas fait très chaud. Sinon bel appartement très bien placé près de 2 parkings publics dont un gratuit. Propriétaire avenante et sympathique. A recommander.

Seul bémol: l'appartement n'était pas occupé avant notre arrivée, donc non chauffé: retrouver une température agréable a pris 24h...

Die Wohnung ist klein aber für diesen Preis sehr gut. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch auf das innere Hafenbecken mit Segel- und Fischereiboten ist toll. Alle benötigten Dinge bekommt man fußläufig. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos per Mail. Leider war auf Grund der Coronaunsicherheiten in diesem Jahr das versprochene Badehäuschen nicht zu nutzen. Gerne wieder!
