About this apartment rental
We rent a 21m 2 cozy studio in Donville-les-Bains in the Ermitage residence ". Quiet residence with lift. View of the living room on the sea. Private outdoor parking. DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. a small welcome gift upon arrival. Ideal crossroads to get to Mont-Saint-Michel, on the Chausey islands, on the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Serk)
From the seaside, magnificent views of the Granville peninsula, little Monaco of the North, the Chausey islands and the cove of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal. All local shops 3 mins by car. 20 mins on foot.
At the foot of the residence, fast food (summer), restaurant. Prévithal Thalasso and Wellness Center 20 meters away.
Between September and January (outside school holidays) 2 weeks of reservation. = 1 free entry 1/2 day (34 euros) for 1 person for the marine area of the Prévithal fitness center located 20m away.
The studio includes a living room with a single mezzanine bed (height 1.70 cm with safety bar) + a comfortable 140 x 90 double sofa bed (new and comfortable Dunlopillo bedding). Sleeping up to three adults or even four, with a baby (provision of a cot under the mezzanine, but also of a baby bath and a high chair.
The space has been designed so that it is as functional and pleasant as possible: fitted kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, click-clack, retractable dining table, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. Television, DVD player, 3G / 4G network. WIFI IN ALL THE ACCOMMODATION.
Bathroom with shower, towel radiator, washing machine, small tancarville.
Many activities on site and near the residence: beach (provision of a parasol), walking, hiking, fishing on foot, pétanque, small children's playground, tennis, sailing school nearby (sea kayaks, sand yachts, sailboards, and catamarans allow tourists to practice water sports. Nearby, horse riding, golf. Horse racing 5 mins walk from the apartment. Our animal friends: we only accept small, well-educated and very clean dogs.
Bed linen (sheets and duvet cover sheets) and bathroom linen (towels) are not provided. At your disposal duvets.
