La Victoire est chargé d'histoire et idéalement situé dans la rue des juifs. Bien conçu avec de beaux équipements (cuisine, salle de bain avec wc) c'est un havre de paix et de repos. Le propriétaire est charmant et accueillant et il indique une foule de bons plans (Cafés, restaurants). La rue des juifs est un lieu Bohême et joyeux avec ses galeries d'art .C'est le passage obligé pour se rendre dans la Haute-Ville.
