Nice apartment, very clean and close to the beach. The hosts are nice, helpful and accomodating. Also the place is close to the beach.

The apartment on the picture has a beautiful view over the town, while the apartment we received did not have a view. Also, there is no complimentary coffee or tea, all capsules are to be paid for (and not nexpresso, so not necessarily easy to find). Also, a fan is available only for an extra charge.

Exceptional

We stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing, the whole apartment is new, it was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, corresponding exactly to our expectations. It is very well placed in this beautiful little city of Granville. Anthony, the owner is very friendly and was always ready and helpful if we ever needed anything, and we also got to know some of his family who also help him out there and they were great to us. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back to the north of France, we'll certainly book a couple of nights here again!

Joli séjour possible sans chien ni voiture

la proximité du centre ville , de la mer. l'accueil de beaucoup de commerçants, les navettes gratuites

Les interdictions de promenade accompagnée de chien. Pas de plage pour se baigner en étant accompagné d'un chien ou alors très loin. La difficulté de se garer, avec vidage du parking pour les commerçants le vendredi soir d'où obligation de rechercher de nouveaux lieux pour se garer.

Un visage, une voix, un sourire

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé ? L'accueil ! Alors que nous disposions d'un digicode, notre hôtesse a tenu à nous accueillir personnellement, attendant devant sa porte notre arrivée, et peut-être assez longtemps à cause d'un possible défaut de transmission. Un accueil personnalisé fait toute la différence, surtout aussi affable que celui que nous avons reçu.

Prima appartement op een prima locatie in Granville.

De locatie en de voorzieningen in het appartement waren prima. De binnenstad van Granville met voldoende winkels en horeca ligt aan je voeten.

Het zou beter zijn dat de eigenaar duidelijk aangeeft dat het appartement op de derde verdieping van het gebouw ligt. Vooral voor oudere of minder mobiele mensen kunnen de drie steile trappen naar het appartement een belemmering zijn.

Visite sympa , appart propre et bien placé

Tout s’est bien passé sans problèmes. Le propriétaire était sympa et répondait vite. Les femmes de ménages étaient très sympas aussi. L’appart était très propre et fonctionnel.

L’appart n’était pas super bien équipé en terme de cuisine/salle de bain. Il fallait payer pour les capsules de café, pas d’huile etc pour cuisiner ni gel douche dans la salle de bain. C’est n’est pas un grand problème - mais c’est toujours chaleureux d’avoir ce genre de choses.

Séjour en famille

Idéalement placé ! 15 minutes de la gare à pied ( avec les enfants), quelques minutes à peine de la plage et du centre ville. L'appartement est lumineux et très agréable, et propre. Parfaitement insonorisé ! On a passé un super séjour en famille 2 adultes, 2 enfants (8 ans) L'accueil en personne est très agréable, avec le temps de nous donner des infos sur les différentes activités. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Super séjour de 3 jours tout confort et 2 mn de la grande plage en centre ville

Tout est neuf, confortable, bien aménagé et très propre. Une super grande douche et de bons matelas. Au 3ème avec vue sur les toits et à 50m de la plage.

Il nous a juste manqué une cafetière à filtres pour avoir de grands bols de café le matin, comme montré sur la photo, alors qu'elle a été remplacée par une tassimo.

Appartement décoré avec goût. Très belle salle de bain. Le lit est confortable. La vaisselle est en quantité suffisante. Le calme de l’immeuble et de la rue est très appréciable. Un parking gratuit pas très loin est un plus.

Il manque un savon pour se laver les mains dans la salle de bain. La chambre est un peu petite et le lit collé au mur n’est pas très pratique.

Un peu petit pour 4 personnes mais ça reste néanmoins convenable. Situé au 3ieme étage sans ascenseur il faut être en forme (c'est bon pour travailler votre physique). L'absence de parking couvert pour la voiture (les goélands ne respectent pas la propreté de votre carrosserie). Et les connexions wifi et 5G (avec SFR) sont aléatoires.
