Great communication from the host. Really nice flat, well decorated, spotless, smelled lovely and well equipped. The flat is just off the south west coast path which is great for walkers - really appreciated all the personal touch's within the flat.
Just a heads up for the walkers - there's no shop within easy walking distance and the pub appears to have closed down so make sure you pick up some food on the way (we were able to Uber eats food in though).

Easy access and directions. Parking right outside. Communication with host. Everything as advertised. Very clean and spacious rooms. Quiet area close to beach and local attractions.
