A beautiful property with a lovely host and great facilities. Anne was so friendly and accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed. The view of the hills from my room was stunning and the pool was a massive highlight. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

A wonderful stay in a tranquil, perfect setting. Delicious breakfasts each morning, looking out across the delightful gardens and farmland towards the sea. We enjoyed our pre-arranged, private session in the impeccably cared for swimming pool each day, including allocated time on the sun-beds on the lawn. It’s good that guests who don’t want to swim are not charged for the pool as part of their booking; it would be good to make clear in the property description that those who do wish to swim will need to book sessions and contribute to the running cost of the pool. Our contribution was worth every penny in the June heatwave 😎 Our room, and the entire house, was spotless: everything had been thought of and provided. We had difficulty sleeping on the hot nights; Anne did her best in exceptional temperatures: providing a fan, window blinds, iced drinks, a sheet to use instead of the duvet. Anne was on hand the whole time: attentive to our needs and requests, and ready with advice to make the most of our three days in the area.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the property was lovely and incredibly clean, the location was beautiful however slightly difficult walking conditions due to the local roads lack of footpath. The best thing about this property however was Anne the host, what a lovely and incredible woman, she was incredibly kind and helpful and regularly went above and beyond to help make our stay just that bit extra special. We honestly can't wait to go back again and that is largely due to Anne!

Honestly the only things that could of made our stay better was if we had been able to stay longer!

Anne was the perfect host, full of local knowledge, warm and exceptionally friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and Anne was always accommodating to any of our requests. The private heated pool, the views and the peaceful location were some of our favourite things. Watching the rabbits in the garden whilst having breakfast outside was a bonus. We agreed Anne's breakfast was one of our favourites! The beds were extremely comfortable and all rooms were beautifully clean. The gardens were perfectly kept and was a treat to sit in the garden. We will definitely look at going back if we are visiting the area again.

We didn't realise we didn't have an ensuite bathroom which normally we wouldn't book but as we had our own private bathroom it didn't make a difference to us. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Not knowing about the bathroom was an oversight on my part.
