Peaceful and comfortable home in picturesque village

The village is very pretty, with a few shops for all the necessities. Perfect location for hiking through the mountains or just relaxing on the roof terrace and soaking up the views. The house is well equipped and has a lovely feel to it. Beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is bright and very functional. The best part though has to be the attention from the host and care from Anna Maria. We booked with an hour's notice at night due to our accommodation being cancelled because of no hot water and heating. Anna was there to greet us, despite the short notice and helped us get the house warm. She even went out to buy us logs for the fire to avoid us getting lost in the dark. Absolutely lovely person. It really is a relaxing spot to stay and would happily return.

There isn't anything we didn't like, but if I was to say anything it would be to have a kettle in the kitchen for English guests. We like our cups of tea and had to boil water in the saucepan, which wasn't a big problem. Also the house is short on electric plugs, but again only a very small issue. The house and hospitality was perfect.

En general nos ha gustado todo. La casa muy amplia, salón con chimenea muy acogedor. Una terraza con unas vistas preciosas y con su barbacoa. Calefacción en todas las estancias, siendo fría la casa, con ésto se estaba a una temperatura agradable. Genial

Las habitaciones de arriba tenían un calefactor pero no calentaba las habitaciones.

Si volvemos a Cortes, repetiremos!

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Está dentro del pueblo, lo que es una gran ventaja para poder comprar en el super sin necesidad de usar el coche, por ejemplo. La cocina totalmente equipada para tantas personas y hay espacio suficiente tanto en la mesa del comedor como en la de la terraza para todos. Hay un aparcamiento justo al doblar la esquina. Gustavo, el propietario, es muy amable y está pendiente en todo momento de los inquilinos. Ana, la señora que nos entregó las llaves, es un encanto también. Nos dejó un saco de leña en la casa por si lo necesitábamos. En un principio pensábamos que no, pero menos mal que lo dejó, porque al caer la noche el frío se notaba y encendimos la chimenea.

Una ubicación estupenda para disfrutar de la sierra

Muy bonito el entorno. La situación en el pueblo es muy buena. Los anfitriones, Gustavo y Ana Mari, fueron muy amables. El WiFi funciona muy bien. Televisión muy grande y con Movistar. Buenas camas y sofás cómodos

En invierno, la casa puede ser un poco fría. No vendría mal un split de calefacción en el salón, más eficiente que un radiador.

Visita a Cortes de la Frontera para disfrutar de la Naturaleza del entorno

La ubicación y vistas desde la terraza de la casa. Aparcamiento justo al lado sin problema. Anfitrión atento en todo momento. Terraza con barbacoa y mesa para disfrutar de las vistas, una pena que no pudimos aprovecharla. Casa cómoda y bien equipada, la chimenea le da un toque cálido a la casa. Gustavo buen anfitrión nos informó previamente de un pequeño problema con filtraciones de agua debido a las intensas lluvias que llevamos recogiendo en Marzo, pero a nuestra llegada todo estaba en perfectas condiciones de uso, siempre atento por si necesitábamos algo.

Por poner alguna pequeña pega, algún detalle de aseo personal siempre se agradece. No supuso ningún problema para nosotros, siempre suelo ir preparado y en el pueblo tenemos tiendas y un super abierto de lunes a sábado de 9 a 21 hs.

La verdad, bastante decepcionado.

La situación, bonitas vistas, amplio perfecto para 8 personas, buena chimenea. El dueño y la encargada de la casa muy amables.

Limpieza, estado general de la casa, camas rotas, muchísima humedad, la vajilla estaba sucia dentro del lavavajillas, no había pastillas de lavado, dos rollos de papel higiénico para 8 personas. La luz se fue más de 20 veces. Fuimos por las demás opiniones pero parece que no son del todo reales.
