Habitación en Casa Vacacional Fuengirola

Alberto ha respondido muy rápidamente mis consultas y ha estado atento en todo momento. La zona en la que se encuentra la casa es muy tranquila , no hay ruidos y a su vez está cerca de la playa y el centro. Estaba todo muy limpio.

Sólo es una crítica constructiva, como he comentado anteriormente todo en general ha estado bien pero los colchones para nuestro gusto necesitan un cambio, se notaban bastante los muelles y hace que el descanso no vaya bien del todo. Las almohadas sí nos resultaron cómodas. Por otro lado, las habitaciones tienen un ventilador, hubo un día que pasamos un poco de calor,quizás deberían poner algo con más potencia y que refresque más.

It was absolutely great

Great location, basic room just what I needed. No AC but good fan so didn’t bother me. I liked the small balcony in my room to sit out on in mornings and evenings. Nice residential area with good walking distance to all my usual places. I asked for a fresh towel after 3 days and was given once asked.

I was quite disappointed after finding a large amount of mold in my room that was hidden behind the desk by a fabric cover up piece. I did inform Alberto and asked could it be cleaned. He did let me know I could stay in another room which happened to be a lot smaller and I did not wish to move all of my things after 4 days there as I was leaving soon and the other room did not have the balcony I was enjoying sitting out on. I also thought it was unfair as I expected to stay in the room I paid in and for it to be clean. I didn’t receive any replies from Alberto after the first which was disappointing as the mold remains hidden for future guests and puts those with Athsma etc like myself at risk. This should be cleaned and addressed by Alberto and not continue to be ignored. Communication could have been better.

La cercanía del lugar al que iba y al centro y playa de la ciudad. Además de la tranquilidad del barrio. Me pareció que la zona es muy buena.

La habitación no tenia más que 2 catres, no tiene aire acondicionado, es una autentica sauna, ni mesitas de noche, ni un televisor.. no se, lo vi todo como muy vacío y poco confortable. Está todo muy descuidado y con poca atención, esperaba algo mas, aunque sabía adonde iba.
