Swimming pool was perfect for small family. Location ideal for touring southern Tuscany.
Booking.com address is incorrect if used in satnav. Use pin location to go to correct house opposite police station where you can park. Got bit a lot by mosquitoes so take sprays. Amenities are very basic and the house is extremely rustic but full character.

A charming house, interiors with an old Tuscan atmosphere. You can feel history there. The equipment of the house is basic (there is no dishwasher, coffee machine or microwave), it fits the historic character of the building. The owners are very friendly, they take care of the cleanliness of the pool every day. The area is very quiet. Basic purchases can be made in a nearby shop. There is also a restaurant with very good food.
No dishwasher and no air conditioning or cooling fans on hot days.

Nice old house nicely renovated and great swimming pool we and our kids could use.
A bit far away from everything, you can’t go to a restaurant without a car. Not really in loppeglia as mentionnés on booking but in peigaio alto - the rod of La Fonte Restaurant in Trebbio village and Blu Bar. Count 45 minutes to reach any destination like Pisa and Lucca. Carrefour Market is at 25 minutes drive..
