Magnifique

Le logement est formidable. Il est très grand avec des pièces de vie au rez de chaussée très bien équipées. Une cuisine très pratique avec une sortie directe sur la terrasse couverte très agréable par temps chaud mais aussi en cas de pluie. 3 grandes chambres lit double et une chambre plus petite avec lits superposés à l’étage. Un balcon pour certaines avec vue lac. L’extérieur est très spacieux, proche du jardin botanique et une piscine 14x4 pour se délasser ou faire des longueurs. Cette maison est située au milieu entre le lac et les commerces où restaurants du quartier vers l’église.

Très peu de chose. Peut-être bien préciser que l’accès est en forte montée dans une petite ruelle pour l’accessibilité moto ou auto.
