Villa Acqua Blu Gorgeous villa with ample garden

A great large house with multiple bed rooms, many bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen. We were here during a heat wave, so the air condition - which we usually don't use in summer vacations like this - what a great benefit. The huge garage lets you put the car into the shade. The house has a TV room with another kitchen in the basement! Simply amazing. In general we could tell the owner couple really likes their house, also for themselves, as everything is well made, well maintained, and in good shape. Location is good, in the middle of a residential area, right behind the paper factory. Not a lot of traffic except the occasional moped gang, but hey, it's Italy after all. 5 minutes walk to either beaches (dog and no-dog), about half an hour walk to the harbor / restaurant area.

Veel ruimte in het huis met veel kamers en badkamers en een mooie ruime garage. Het zwembad is niet groot maar prima en wat ons betreft eigenlijk onmisbaar als het zo warm is! En op loopafstand van het strand aan het Gardameer. Super!

Het is niet goedkoop maar je krijgt wel veel voor dat geld.
