Villa Dimitris Beach

Everything. It was a super villa, location and Caroline was a text away.

Nothing

Faultless location with a beach at the bottom of the garden and overall great facilities at the villa. Kitchen was pretty well equipped and when we discovered we were missing something obvious (a cheese grater) Caroline who manages the property personally delivered one to us :) We we were also pleasantly surprised that cleaners came and cleaned and replaced the towels during our 10 day stay.

It would have been helpful if some sort of manual were provided to cover things like what to do with the recycling, the frequency of cleaner visits and other basic information about the running of the villa. The pool was also very cloudy for the first few days - to such an extent that we couldn't see the bottom or the stairs. It did eventually clear and this is not a comment on leaves etc falling in the pool (which we appreciate is inevitable given all the lovely trees in the garden). Only a minor point but not sure what caused that?

La ubicación

La piscina no estaba suficientemente cuidada. Nada grave, pero no debería ser así.

Great location close to the stoney beach and easyish (0.9m) walk into Kassiopi. Plenty of room for everyone to sit on the terrace or flop around the pool. Decent bedrooms and plenty of communal space.

Minor point. Some cushions would be nice on the wooden terrace seats.
