The front door leads into a bright, open-plan sitting room with large openings to the pool and the views .
The fully organized kitchen/dining area is open plan with plenty of natural Greek light .
Two double bedrooms with ensuite facilities, one on each end of the house,North and South side ,providing top privacy. Each bedroom exits out onto the pool terrace, and has ensuite facilities.
A wooden staircase leads up to the spacious mezzanine level, with ample room for two single beds or one large double.
The third bathroom is by the kitchen opposite the stairs.
The fourth ,small bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children or teenagers.
The house is a less than a 4 minute drive down into Kassiopi(400 mts), and a short drive from resorts such as San Stefanos and Kalami.
There is a terrace running along the front of the house and around the pool area.
The villa is accessed via a private road running up the hillside and into its own parking bay.
We provide sunbeds and pool towels for use at the house.
