About this villa rental
Villa Melanthi has luxury in abundance. It sits in an elevated position on a hillside just outside Kassiopi village and has been finished with excellent quality fittings, including traditional style oak ceilings and contemporary and stylish furnishings. The villa is surrounded by carefully designed gardens on different levels with scattered beautiful plants, orange and lemon trees. The inviting infinity pool with its crystal waters is well designed for the convenience of the villa’s guests and the pool area is a delightful retreat for anyone seeking complete relaxation. Outside dining furniture is placed under a refreshing pergola and the BBQ is built at the side of the pool for many al fresco meals with friends and family. The views from here are absolutely breath taking, as the countryside greenery contrasts perfectly with the cobalt-blue of the Ionian Sea and the mountains of Albania rising up in the distance. Extensive open and covered terraces surround this beautiful house.

We had the loveliest week staying at Villa Melanthi and we are very grateful to Heidi and Spiros for their wonderful hospitality. The villa is just as beautiful as the pictures (even better!). It’s clean and spacious and has beautiful views. We loved cooking lunches on the BBQ and sitting out in the sun overlooking Albania. The ping pong table was an added bonus too!

What a wonderful stay at Villa Melanthi. The villa looked stunning in the photos, and it didn’t disappoint in reality. Spiros an Heidi greeted us on our arrival, and the accommodation was spotless. We then discovered that the fridge was filled with all the essential ingredients we needed to start our holiday, a lovely touch. The location was stunning and quiet, just a short way from Kassiopi centre. Many lovely bays nearby too. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for a week in Villa Melanthi and were delighted with it from start to finish. Spiros and Heidi were extremely responsive and helpful with any request and the location, being only a few minutes from Kassiopi and other small towns, bays and beaches was perfect. The villa is spacious and kept very clean and tidy and the outdoor areas including the infinity pool are perfect for whiling away hours in the sunshine admiring the spectacular views. We would have no hesitation in going back to stay should we return to Corfu.
