Villa Mariana is a charming 4 bedroom villa with an unbeatable location in the much-loved resort of Kassiopi. Positioned just a short walk from the vibrant harbour, beaches and village square, you’ll have a wonderful choice of shops, tavernas and bars on your doorstep. This semi-detached villa perfectly blends elegant furnishings with modern finishes, offering warm and welcoming interiors, while the private pool and sun terrace provide a relaxing outdoor space. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Mariana is perfectly placed in the heart of the popular resort of Kassiopi, just 1 minute walk from its picturesque harbour. A superb selection of restaurants, lively bars and charming boutique shops are all within easy reach, offering a wide variety of cuisines and local experiences. You’ll also find several mini markets and a supermarket just a short walk away, so you’ll have everything you need nearby. Several beautiful, pebbly beaches are dotted around the resort, all accessible within a leisurely 10 minute walk. Taxis and local buses run regularly, while boat and submarine excursions can be arranged at the harbour, a great way to explore the island’s stunning coastline.
