About this villa rental
Corfu Erimitis was built on 2010 next to the tranquil Avlaki beach as a private villa, with every comfort in mind and all the surrounding space anyone might need. On 2016 the property was refurbished in order to serve as a holidays' destination for visitors from around the world. The northeastern part of the island where the villa is situated is by far the preferable choice for travelers seeking natural beauty and quality relaxation time. Only 100 meters from the villa, one can swim at the majestic white pebble beach Avlaki and be charmed by the sheer beauty of Avlaki bay.
Villa Erimitis sleeps up to 9 guests, in 3 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedrooms and its interior includes spacious areas, large living room with fireplace, AC, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, ironing facilities, smart television with DVD player and wireless Internet connectivity. The outdoor area consists of a large garden (4000 m2), a large variety of trees (olive, fig, orange, lemon, lotus and more), a barbecue and a private swimming pool. Only 5 minutes away, the lovely village of Kassiopi, gives an excellent excuse for a night walk, while after a 15 minutes’ drive, Acharavi and Roda, can offer some of the best nightlife on the island.

Words cannot sum up how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Erimitis. We were welcomed by Dimitris, who stayed in touch throughout our stay. We appreciated that he allowed us to check out later due to a late flight. It was also lovely to wander down to the restaurant by the sea at night and visit the local town, which was only 5 minutes away by car. It was hard to leave the pool! Thank you, Dimitris!

The perfect villa for ages 17months to 3 years and 5 adults. Amazing large garden with children’s swing, hammocks and comfy chairs. Lovely 15m pool and the villa benefits from catching the afternoon breeze from the beach. Only 2 minute walk to the glorious Avalaki beach and the wonderful Cava Barbaro taverna.

Our second visit to Villa Erimitis, and another wonderful week. A huge gated plot with a large pool, just a minute's stroll to the sea and a quiet beach with a couple of great restaurants. A terrific host, Dimitris, and a well laid out house on one level with everything you need, including a new pod coffee machine. Also a pleasant stroll into Kassiopi and a whole bunch of restaurants, with our favourite being The Old School House. Very effective A/C in the 4 bedrooms. If there was A/C in the large kitchen/reception room, and a larger, adjustable grill for the BBQ, it would be absolutely perfect. Regardless, it is still a 10/10 villa. Dimitris, thank you.

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday in Erimitis Villa. A wonderful modern, spacious villa in a peaceful location just a short walk away from a picturesque beach. We were met on our arrival by Dimitiris, the owner who was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The villa being previously owned by his family and only recent been rented out.The villa is a short car drive away from Kassiopi which has many restaurants, a small harbour and boat hire from which we spent a day discovering the many coves around the area. Avalaki beach itself was very quiet even in the school holidays, it has 2 restaurants which served lovely food and a sailing centre from which we hired paddle boats. The children alternating between the villa's large pool and jumping off the board walk into the sea. A great holiday all round and would love to return.
