About this villa rental
Villa Molo is designed and furnished in a contemporary style. The ground floor consists of a double height entrance hall opening on to very spacious lounge that has a beautiful vista across the pool to the sea. The lounge opens into a large modern kitchen/diner. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with en suite shower/wet room , a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a separate shower and toilet.All the ground floor rooms open onto level terracing with direct sea views. Stairs lead to the first floor mezzanine level that overlooks the entrance hall and also has access to a covered terrace with seating and amazing sea views. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large twin room with en suite shower room.All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. All bath/shower rooms are tiled and have mixer taps and mirrors. Molo has full air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans also. Outside there is covered dining area, BBQ and terracing.

The house is a dream. the owner did everything to make it beautiful and comfortable. it also had a rich welcome basket and delicious drinks. the personal is fantastic and came several times a week. the house is very high quality built and equipped. we are thrilled and happy to come back

We had a wonderful stay, two families and everything we could have asked for. The layout of the house is ideal for two families and there is plenty of communal space, all well-furnished both inside and out. The pool and views are just wonderful and we couldn’t fault a thing. Great communication and info on the property as well.

Simply stunning, the pictures on this web site do not do justice to the Molo. You arrive through a very grand gated entrance and it just gets better & better.
The View over Albania from the infinity pool no words can describe the beauty and tranquility that the Molo has to offer, the luxurious sun beds & numerous seating areas are beyond what we thought we would get.
Upon entering the Molo interior decor is classy and contemporary , with lovely homely touches. We loved Molten Brown bathroom products, the bathrooms were classy and contemporary and all finished to a very high standard.
Every bedroom was beautiful with great views from them all, the beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen and the appliances are very modern and the array of gadgets & glasses were in abundance you wanted for nothing, and let's not forget the welcome Pack that simply blew our minds, we wanted for nothing ,a fully stocked fridge and hamper , even down to the champagne as a welcome touch . We have had the most amazing time in villa Molo and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, young, old and families.
Car Hire essential as it's a very steep hill down to San Stefanos for the local bars and restaurants , car journey 8 mins max to San Stef, but there is a fantastic local bakery and supermarket with walking distance approx 8 min away.
