Getting access to the building when coming at unusual time is not easy.

Young lady who served breakfast in our room was very polite and efficient.
Shower was very small.. and no places to put toiletries except floor.

Good location. Lovely house keeper.
Lift broke 3 out of 4 days we were there including check out day. It is on the 6th floor which meant it was a nightmare carrying our baby and pram up and down 4 times in 3 days. This included check out day. I messaged the staff night before to let him know lift is still broken and we need to check out at 8.30am to catch a train. Lift was not fixed and also no offer to help us carry the luggages down 6 floors until I specifically asked and made a fuss about it.

Room is neat
It’s on the 6th floor and we’re not shown the fire exits. Too expensive for staying in room with staffs not readily available. Also, the idea of bringing breakfast to the room.
