We arrived to find that I had accidentally booked a single bed bedroom they were very accommodating and fixed the problem straight away. Everything was great and it in a great location. Loved being able to walk to the shops and duomo.
The lift does not go to the ground floor so there’s just a couple of steps with luggage it’s a little difficult.

The property is located in the heart of Milan. It is close to trams and underground train station. It has a lift so easy to get to the room. The host was super accommodating. The room was a tad small and had trouble opening 2 suitcases at the same time. Loved the balcony and super comfy bed. The host was super accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay pleasurable.

Great location - short walk to the Duomo, whcih made it very easy. Also close to the subway stops. Lots of food options nearby too.
Stairs to get to the apartment - the lift started after 10 stairs, which would be good to point out to future guests.

location is a must for us. lots of eateries nearby.
AC not working not cooling off, especially after having to explore Milan in excruciating heatwave, to go back to nonworking ac. guests next door was too loud after hours. will need extra pillows as well.
