The location was perfect. A very short drive to the beach, maybe 3 min. The house was clean and quiet and the host was always responsive, even when we sent a message at 1030pm. The access to beach parking was perfect too. You do need to arrive for a parking spot either early or later in the evening.
We drove into Clearwater, which was only like a 12 min drive, wow was that beachside PACKED. Made us glad we stayed at Indian Rocks Beach instead.
Lots of food close by and pharmacies too.
Would stay here again.

This home and location was the perfect extended stay for us. I used the enclosed screen room as my work-from-home office and it was ideal. The wifi was very fast. We had daily walks around the neighborhood and nearly every night we watched the sun go down from the beach! Gorgeous. We enjoyed the many local restaurant options and also the opportunity to play pickleball at the park. I'd highly recommend this VRBO. We look forward to returning in 2025.
