The recently renovated house has a spacious living room and a relaxing screened in patio. It's just a 13 minute walk to the beach and 1/2 mile to pickleball courts! Indian Rocks beach is a charming low-key community which hosts a beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants. Famous Clearwater Beach is only 6 miles away. This was our family’s first time ever using a “rental” property and we all agreed this was the way to vacation. The property was exactly as described, cozy, clean, and surprisingly very comfortable accommodations. Not sure if the listing mentioned the awesome pickleball courts at Kolb Park. We enjoyed what the property had to offer and would highly recommend it. I should also mentioned Angel was the perfect host in every way.

This property was amazing! Pets were welcome and a perfect location to walk our dog. The host was easy to work with and checked in to make sure all was good during our trip. We hope to stay again.

Perfect location being so close to the beach! Parking at the beach is so hard so staying at this house which is in walking distance is so ideal! Good size for the 2 of us and our dog. Close to so many restaurants and bars. Cute screened in patio! Great neighborhood.

Great communication. Pet friendly. Perfect size for a family of 4. Super clean. Kids had a great time. Would definitely stay again.
